Cancellation Policy

A business may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops renewal — paid plan features remain available until the end of the already-paid period, after which the business automatically returns to the free plan.

Cancellation does not delete the business's profile: the registration and history continue to exist, just with free-plan features.

Refunds, where applicable, follow current law and are evaluated case by case — the platform does not promise automatic refunds outside of legally required cases.

Cancellation requests can be made through the business's own dashboard or through the contact page.
