Registration and Verification Policy

Only businesses and professionals verifiably established at Espaço Cerâmica can have a member profile on Cerâmica Hub. During registration, the business provides its tower, floor and room, and may be asked for proof of operation at that address.

Every registration goes through review before publication. The platform may approve, request changes to, refuse, or suspend a registration that contains incorrect or incomplete information, or that fails to prove real installation at the complex. There is no guaranteed review timeframe.

Businesses external to Espaço Cerâmica do not receive a member seal and cannot be presented as part of the complex, even if they purchase advertising on the platform (see Advertising Policy).
